What I've done

• Lead developer at Pearl Club (US founder, fully remote) for 1.5+ years, owning several products across the company's travel platform and working with a small international team across the US, Germany, and Australia.
• Building the company's AI travel chatbot from scratch, solo across design and development; now ~70% complete, similar in concept to Mindtrip.
• Revived and rebuilt tipsiti.network — fixed performance problems, shipped new features, and worked on the internal admin dashboard, then led to its merge into pearlclub.com.
• Integrated Stripe to handle subscription plans and billing for places and professionals dashboard.
• Replaced a paid CMS with a custom image pipeline on AWS, using S3 for storage, Lambda for automatic image optimization, and CloudFront for delivery, which cut hosting costs and improved load times.
• Built a sister product (itinerary planner) with drag-and-drop operations and maps.
• Set up the platform's data and traffic tooling — PostHog for analytics, Cloudflare to monitor and block bot traffic, and scraping pipelines.
• Worked with the marketing lead to integrate an LLM to auto-generate descriptions for travel professionals, with continuous feedback to shape the tone and output.

Uttarakhand Gramin Bank

What I've done

• Built and shipped an online voting web app for Uttarakhand Gramin Bank's internal elections in under 10 days — 6 days to build, 3 days to test — serving 200+ voters.
• Designed the interface for first-time, low-digital-literacy users — including elderly voters and Hindi/Garhwali/Kumaoni speakers in low-network rural areas; on election day, fewer than 5% (8–10 of 200+) needed any help.
• Optimized for low-connectivity regions and ran repeated end-to-end testing with simulated voter flows to keep it reliable under real election-day load.
• Cleaned and structured the bank's raw voter rolls before the election, and provided live phone support on the day.
• Saved the bank an estimated ₹2 lakh and ~1 month of logistics, with full voter trust throughout — no integrity concerns raised across the process.

• Built an investment app prototype end-to-end for a two-founder startup, shipping a working version in about a month.
• Delivered through repeated changes in scope and features, reworking the build as the founders shifted requirements and still landing a complete, functional app.

What I've done

• Designed and built the official website for NSS GEHU (student-led volunteer organization) as sole IT Cell Coordinator, owning every part of it — image selection, design, development, seo and performance optimization.
• Drove ~5–10K monthly visits including international traffic that held up well against peer university organization sites.
• Built an event-listing and self-serve registration flow for the org's events.
• Worked with two teams — photography and content writing — to gather their assets and pull everything into one clean, consistent site.
• Ran all design and data work for the org (banners, posters, event collateral, organizational data) as its only technical person, shipping on real deadlines.
